More Workshops!
Another Saturday, another workshop. Summer is full of workshops. I presented our Sun materials again today with my partner, Ruth. I always have a great time with Ruth. We are very much on the same page with teaching. I think what I love the most about Ruth is she gets as excited as I do about teaching children some very deep concepts. But, she knows the same secret that I know! Kids love to learn about space!! They literally drink it in. What is better than that. The teachers we had today were very receptive to the lessons and were even enthusiastic about learning concepts about the Sun themselves. That is always great when you have a good group of teachers.
So, Thanks to Ruth and others at the Space Science Lab as well as to the teachers for being great students.
I am posting this in green. Like I tell my students who use green to correct work, green is for growing. That is something we never stop doing.
