Day 3
Last night I spent about 5 minutes on the strider. I did it in one minute intervals or I wouldn't have made that. That doesn't sound like much but, my legs were screaming! I am just going work up to more time. Today I will do the five minutes and try to add another interval. Hopefully, I will be able to increase the interval time to a minute and a half in the next week or two. Food today: Breakfast = 4 carbs Brunch = 0 carbs Lunch = 1 carb Dinner = 6 Water = 5 glasses
Just downloaded the Atkins Carb Counter software. Found out that I was looking at total carbs on labels, not net carbs. This is good. So, today I thought I was at 20 carbs but I am only at 11. This thing will even add them up and graph them each day. Cool. I just tried the trial version and I love it. I am so buying this software now!
We just got back from Outback. I had a steak and I am feeling so much better. I think I need to eat a little more during the day. Perhaps six times a day instead of five. I am on my way!

And how did I know that you would be buying that software? Does it go on your Palm too?
