Day 4
Another very good day. 17 carbs on my Atkins carb counter. Love the carb counter. It makes choices so much easier. I worked at school today so no Curves. I will try to get there tomorrow afternoon. Lots of water today. I took a two liter jug of water to school with me and not much else. The water kept me going. My buddy Blanche came to work for a few hours on the Solar System lessons (almost done!) and brought me a breakfast roll from Starbucks. I just couldn't eat it. I hope she understands. Jim and I went to Costco tonight. I stocked up on low carb foods. I am set for tomorrow and next week.
